Board of Trustees & Meeting Minutes
In accordance with Illinois statutes, a board of five trustees (the “Board”) governs the District, each appointed for a term of four years. Each trustee is appointed separately by the mayors of the five principal cities or villages within the boundaries of the District. These municipalities are the Cities of East Moline, Moline, Rock Island and Silvis, and the Village of Milan. Below is a list of District’s current Board of Trustees.
Board of Trustees meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month starting at 1:00 PM at the Administrative Offices, 1515 River Drive - 2nd Floor - Moline, Illinois and the third Tuesday of the month starting at 2:00 PM at the Quad Cities Transit Facility, 2929 5th Avenue - Rock Island, Illinois.
