Simply show the operator your college ID each time you board, and that’s it – no fare required. PLUS you can use your college ID to access routes in Davenport as well!

Augustana College

Augustana students can access the Route 53 directly from campus – ride the bus to and from class, or use the 53 to get to the District, Target, or Hy-Vee. Need to go to the Airport or SouthPark mall? Catch the Route 10 from campus to connect up with a variety of other routes via Centre Station in downtown Moline or at the District in downtown Rock Island. Need help planning your trip? Black Hawk College

New this year, Black Hawk College students can access the entire Metro bus system with their college ID. Route 30, Route 57, Route 60, and Route 90 directly serve the BlackHawk College Moline campus, with Route 60 service continuing on through evening hours. Students attending the Outreach Center on 11th Street in Rock Island can use Route 40 or Route 60 into evening hours as well. Western Illinois University - Quad Cities

WIU has partnered with Metro to provide unlimited access to the entire Metro system with a WIU ID. Simply show the operator your WIU ID each time you board, and that’s it – no fare required.

Riverfront Campus: Metro provides service between Centre Station and the WIU-QC Riverfront Campus via the Connect, which operates Monday-Friday from 10:45 am - 9:15 pm. Take the Connect to coffee shops, dining, and entertainment in Downtown Moline, or make connections to other Metro routes at Centre Station. The service operates from 10:45 am – 9:15 pm Monday through Friday and will make a stop at WIU’s overage lot on River Drive (in front of the Philadelphia Belle) during each trip.

60th Street Campus: A Metro Park and Ride Service is available between Christ the King Church, 3205 60th Street, Moline and the WIU-QC 60th Street Campus. The Park and Ride is available from 2:45 pm - 9:30 pm Monday through Thursday.

Iowa Colleges

Iowa students who attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, Kaplan University, or St. Ambrose University can access the Metro system with their student ID – no fare required. 

Metro Passport cards
